Movie Quiz For 08/16/2024.

Although this gritty crime drama garnered a great deal of critical recognition at the time of its release, it never achieved the box office success that it deserved and probably this is the reason why it's remained so under-appreciated ever since. Its story about a criminal who tries to go straight, illustrates brilliantly the many factors that make such an undertaking so difficult and also does so in a way that never glorifies the criminal or condemns the institutions that make rehabilitation such a huge challenge.
One of the movie's strong points is its appearance of absolute realism and this is, no doubt, attributable to the involvement of career criminal, bank robber and long-term convict whose novel "NBSF" provided the raw material for the plot. His additional contributions as a screenwriter, technical adviser and bit-part player must also have been critical to achieving the level of authenticity that makes this feature so compelling to watch from start to finish.
This actors performance is exceptional, especially for the completely natural way in which he makes his character seem so believable. Crime--Drama--

So when you go poof I know you hit 0% 🙃
By the way, I was gonna tell you I’m not EVEN gonna watch Birdbox 🫣 I’ve heard about that one…😬
OMG! It's only Psychological Horror--Supernatural Horror--Mystery. They wearing blindfolds. Watch and if any scary parts have a bandana available and slip it over your eyes. When the coast is clear then you can watch again. 🙂
It's Sandra Bullock. How scary can that be. Come on man, woman up. As the English say and do have a stiff upper lip 😐.

Pretty good, huh? Really didn't think that I knew that many but I did watch the series. Wasn't a fan, though...

10/10 Guessed on most of them. I've seen all the episodes but it's been a while. I remember the Davey Jones episode because I'm a Monkees fan too.

That's the one where Cindy dressed up as Shirley Temple & sang On the Good Ship Lollipop to Natalie Schafer thinking she was a talent scout which wasn't true. Lil brat was reading big sis's diary so she fixed her wagon writing a fake story that a talent scout was coming to the house. 😁
Yep, that was the tattletale episode!

No it was Season 5 where Cindy reads Marcia's diary.
